Ik ben Daniel, groei- en organisatieconsultant bij DT Advisory. Ik werk met startups en scale-ups die willen groeien, slimmer samenwerken of meer richting zoeken.

Mijn achtergrond combineert journalistiek en organisatiekunde. Tijdens mijn bachelor Journalistiek leerde ik de juiste vragen te stellen en echt te luisteren. Mijn master Beleid, Communicatie & Organisatie (VU Amsterdam) gaf me de basis om te begrijpen hoe organisaties functioneren en waar het vastloopt.

Daarna werkte ik ruim vier jaar bij FUUSE, een snelgroeiende startup: eerst als recruiter, later als recruitment manager. Ik bouwde een klantenbestand op, stuurde een team aan en werkte dagelijks aan strategie, stakeholdermanagement en business development.

Nu zet ik die ervaring in als zelfstandig consultant. Ik help founders en teams die willen groeien maar merken dat de interne structuur dat nog niet aankan. Als onafhankelijke sparringpartner denk ik mee over organisatie, richting en zichtbaarheid, zonder belangen, zonder oordeel.

My background combines journalism and organisational science. My Bachelor's in Journalism taught me to ask the right questions and truly listen. My Master's in Policy, Communication & Organisation (VU Amsterdam) gave me the foundation to understand how organisations function and where they get stuck.

After that, I worked for over four years at FUUSE, a fast-growing startup: first as recruiter, then as recruitment manager. I built a client base, managed a team and worked daily on strategy, stakeholder management and business development.

Now I bring that experience to independent consulting. I help founders and teams who want to grow but find their internal structure isn't ready for it yet. As an independent sparring partner I think alongside them on organisation, direction and visibility, without agenda, without judgment.

Sport volg ik al zo lang ik me kan herinneren. Vroeger vooral voetbal en tennis, nu voornamelijk de Amerikaanse sportwereld. De NBA, NFL, March Madness, de Super Bowl. Niet alleen als toeschouwer, maar ook als schrijver. De analyses op deze site komen daar vandaan. Want de manier waarop teams beslissingen nemen, structuur opbouwen en presteren onder druk, is precies wat me ook in organisaties interesseert.

I've followed sport for as long as I can remember. Football and tennis first, now mostly the American sports world. The NBA, NFL, March Madness, the Super Bowl. Not just as a spectator, but also as a writer. The analyses on this site come from that. Because the way teams make decisions, build structure and perform under pressure is exactly what interests me in organisations too.
