Daniel Titus
Ik ben Daniel, groei- en organisatieconsultant bij DT Advisory. Ik werk met startups en scale-ups die willen groeien, slimmer samenwerken of meer richting zoeken.
Mijn achtergrond combineert journalistiek en organisatiekunde. Tijdens mijn bachelor Journalistiek leerde ik de juiste vragen te stellen en echt te luisteren. Mijn master Beleid, Communicatie & Organisatie (VU Amsterdam) gaf me de basis om te begrijpen hoe organisaties functioneren en waar het vastloopt.
Daarna werkte ik ruim vier jaar bij FUUSE, een snelgroeiende startup: eerst als recruiter, later als recruitment manager. Ik bouwde een klantenbestand op, stuurde een team aan en werkte dagelijks aan strategie, stakeholdermanagement en business development.

My background combines journalism and organisational science. My Bachelor's in Journalism taught me to ask the right questions and truly listen. My Master's in Policy, Communication & Organisation (VU Amsterdam) gave me the foundation to understand how organisations function and where they get stuck.
After that, I worked for over four years at FUUSE, a fast-growing startup: first as recruiter, then as recruitment manager. I built a client base, managed a team and worked daily on strategy, stakeholder management and business development.
